We need to reserve a room at UNR. To do this, we need to settle on when we’re meeting. Frankly, I can do any night, but don’t expect me to show before seven, seven thirty if it’s too far away from my evening classes, which end at 6:45 every week-night.

If everyone could just reply to this thread, mainly to say when we can or can’t show, we can start figuring it out.

  1. Best times for me. Between 11 and 1pm, or between 3:30 and 5:30pm
    Tuesday / Thursday … (or between 11 and 5:30 and i’ll just duck out from 1-3:30)

    Other than that.. I’m not much available.

    Maybe monday nights, 7-> ‘cuz I COULD stay in reno… but it’s not the best, really.

    And sadly, MAYBE fridays after 7 … but even that’s worse than monday nights.

  2. If we’re doing Fridays this time around, I’m going to be missing some meetings to play for opera and musical theatre performances.

    Monday nights after 7 would be okay for me. Wednesday nights I’m busy, and Tuesdays and Thursdays I would like to keep open . Although Thursday afternoon would be workable.

    Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday afternoons I have a hundred thousand million things to do, and I can’t be making any promises about Friday afternoons either.

    Do let me know what you decide.
    Are we not doing anything as a group this week, then?

  4. What I’m hearing is either Monday at around 7 or so, or Thursdays at around 3 or so.

    Has anyone heard from James, Peter, Don or anyone else? The more I’m told things, the more we can figure this out.

  5. Just got a nightshift job at the Atlantis. Only good times for me are between 4 and 8. If it’s earlier, I can show up at 4. If it’s later I would leave at 8.

  8. Sound like Thursdays at around 2:30- 4:30, 3:00-5:00 or 7:00-9:00 PM. Realize I may duck out early on occasion if we use the earlier time.

    If Monday isn’t likable, then how would Friday in the mid-afternoon work for y’all? So far, those are the only times that seem agreeable to most people.

  10. Hmm. Well, I’ve acquired a commitment at 3:30 on Thursdays, so I will be coming in late or leaving early if we meet on Thursday afternoons.

    Thursday evenings or Friday afternoons would both be okay, but I am likely to miss a few meetings either time.

  11. Alrighty, I’m seeing either Mondays at four or Fridays at four, since Thursday seems complicated for all of you. We cna go earlier on Thrusdays, but earlier on Mondays means I cna’t show up on time.
